About

Three Hands Bakery began with a bite of an extraordinary baguette.

We're a family team that's been baking sourdough together for years - combining over a decade of home baking experience with a passion for experimenting with traditional techniques. Then came the baguettes. When we made our first batch of french loaves, we realized our bread was something worth sharing with our community.

The Three Hands Bakery team

Our booth at the Stewart County Annual Spring Crafts & More Fair in Dover, TN.

The name reflects who we are - three people working together to make bread we're proud of. Each of us bring different skills to the work: precision with process, creativity with recipes, and an eye for quality.

Our sourdough is made the traditional way using wild yeast fermentation, flour, water, and salt. We use a starter that's over ten years old, and we don't use preservatives or additives. The result is bread with better flavor, texture, and nutrition than what you'll find on grocery store shelves. We're bringing real sourdough to Stewart County - bread made right, priced for everyday eating.

Simple Ingredients

We only use ingredients you know well and can pronounce. We also don’t use any additives or preservatives.

Long Fermentation

Most of our products use wild yeast naturally leavened, this means a long fermentation process that enhances flavor and increases digestibility.
